Hiking in the Rokytná river valley
Explore the Rokytná river and walk the yellow-marked trail. Visit Čertova skála (Devil's Rock) and the robbers' den, or swim in the natural pool in nearby Rouchovany.
Sauna
Kašparův mlýn has a typical Russian banya-style sauna for up to 6 people at a time. On request we can also arrange traditional whisking with birch or oak twigs.
Sheep farm visit
Every year from spring to autumn our farm keeps up to 10 sheep. We offer guests a guided visit, including feeding and photos with the sheep.
Rock climbing
Rock climbers will find plenty to enjoy. Close to the mill there are several rocks with marked climbing routes for different levels.
Cycling
Many cycling routes start at Kašparův mlýn. We will gladly plan a route to suit your distance and difficulty.
Day trips
From the Dalešice brewery to the châteaux at Jaroměřice nad Rokytnou and Náměšť nad Oslavou, the Dukovany nuclear power plant and the underground passages at Přeskače – the mill is a good base for exploring the sights of the Znojmo and Třebíč regions.
Events
We offer space for parties, company events and family gatherings. We do not provide catering, but you can arrange it on the premises.
Music and social evenings
We host evenings with live music by the fireplace – for groups, family celebrations and company events, in the atmosphere of a historic mill.
Gym and table tennis
In bad weather you can play table tennis or exercise in the gym.
Barbecue and fire pit
In the evening guests can sit by the fire and cook dinner over it.
Horse riding
We can arrange horse rides for you. Explore the Rokytná valley from the saddle.
Fishing
The weir at the edge of the grounds is a favourite spot for local anglers. Listen to the river while you wait for a bite.
Geocaching
Kašparův mlýn is a good base for geocachers. There are many interesting caches nearby that will test even experienced hunters.
Slackline and climbing wall
We lend a range of equipment for other activities, such as ball games. We also have a slackline and a short climbing wall.
